SSEN Transmission has been awarded the Quality Award at The 5% Club's UK National Employer 'Earn & Learn' Awards.
The award recognises the company's commitment to providing high-quality training and development opportunities for apprentices and graduates.
SSEN Transmission aims to have at least 5% of its workforce in 'earn and learn' roles. The company was also awarded a Platinum Award in November for its contribution to employee development.
The 5% Club is a network of companies committed to promoting workplace training and development.
Allie Walker, HR Director at SSEN Transmission said: "Winning this award reflects the hard work and dedication of our teams in creating opportunities that truly matter for the next generation.
"We're passionate about supporting apprentices, graduates, and earn-and-learn programmes that help shape careers and make a real impact in our industry and the communities we serve. We're thrilled to be presented with the Quality Award in London, which builds on the tremendous Platinum Award we were so proud to be presented with in November."
