Two CCG Projects Shortlisted For Scottish Design Awards

CCG has welcomed the news that two of its projects have been shortlisted for Scottish Design Awards.

The Scottish Design Awards celebrates the exceptional talent of Scottish designers, some of whom CCG has had the pleasure of working alongside on two projects that will be vying for a win on the 27th of June.

A first since its completion in late 2023, St Andrew's Drive Phases 2 and 3 in Polloksields, Glasgow, is a development of 120, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments and maisonette homes constructed by CCG on behalf of Southside Housing Association.

These vibrant new homes have replaced a 1960s concrete block and, thanks to a landscape-led masterplan with shared private and public garden spaces, have created a renewed sense of place in one of Glasgow's most buoyant communities.

A finalist in the Residential Category, CCG congratulates the JM Architects team on receiving this accolade.

Nominated in the Regeneration Category, Paisley Learning and Cultural Hub continues to receive industry acclaim.

Delivered by CCG on behalf of Renfrewshire Council with hub West Scotland, this fantastic, new and dynamic community facility has reinvigorated a dilapidated and constrained historic building located on Paisley High Street.

A children's library, reading rooms, nooks, IT, and WI-F offer a safe and interactive place for people young and old to learn whilst bringing community members back to the town centre.

CCG congratulates Collective Architecture team on their stellar job and we wish all of this year's finalists the best of luck!
