Resurfacing work is to start on an area of footway on Forfar's Montrose Road in Angus.
The work is to begin on Thursday, 29 October.
Planned to be completed in one week, the work involves the resurfacing of the north side footway from the music centre to Arbroath Road and the creation of a tactile crossing point on the opposite south side.
Work will be carried out assisted by a one-way lane closure and on-street parking will not be available between No2 Montrose road west to Arbroath road. Traffic can enter from Arbroath Road and exit at William Street. Westbound traffic will be diverted via William Street and Prior Road. Access to properties will be via the one-way system.
Pedestrian access will be maintained to all properties with barriers around ongoing work.
