SFHA Cancels Development And Procurement Conference

The Scottish Federation of Housing Associations (SFHA) has announced that it has taken the decision to cancel their Development and Procurement Conference.

The two day-event was due to take place on 17 and 18 March at Dynamic Earth in Edinburgh. SFHA has taken this decision due to ongoing developments regarding the coronavirus outbreak.

Sally Thomas, SFHA Chief Executive, said: "We will always put the wellbeing of our delegates, sponsors, exhibitors and staff before anything else.

"This decision has not been taken lightly – a lot of planning and work goes into our events. We apologise for any inconvenience or disappointment caused by this, but we believe it to be the best decision considering the evolving coronavirus situation.

"We will, of course, reschedule the conference for a later date and will give an update on this in due course."
