Karen Nicoll said: "We are pleased to continue to support Carnoustie Panmure FC, our local junior football club. I'm delighted to see the changes the new Manager has introduced and I've enjoyed watching the team at their recent home games, especially when they won! I'm also encouraged by the club's support of Back On Side – a Scottish charity supporting those affected by mental health and challenging life circumstances."

Carnoustie Panmure has a history stretching back to 1936 and this year the club's celebrates the 15 year anniversary of winning the Scottish Junior Cup. To mark the occasion the club is holding a Celebration Dinner at the Woodlands Hotel on 16 November with guest speakers, Jim Spence and former referee, Jeff Winter.  Players from the Scottish Junior Cup winning side will be in attendance and the club will be inducting the first members to the club's Hall of Fame.

Philip McGuire, Team Manager, Carnoustie Panmure FC said: "Having a big local name like DJ Laing Homes is important to us as a club and the fact that they have backed us for 29 years is almost unheard of at any level of football. Our sponsors are important for the sustainability of the football club and to help us with our progression. We want this club to go places and we need businesses like DJ Laing Homes alongside us, not just from a financial point of view but for their knowledge in a number of fields that we can tap in to."
