Plans To Relocate Livingston School Under Consultation

Plans to relocate the three sites of Cedarbank School in Livingston into one estate have entered public consultation.

This project looks to bring pupils from all three sites together in separate purpose-built accommodation within the estate of The James Young High School.

Aimed at children with a range of additional support needs related to learning difficulties and social communication needs, Cedarbank School is made up of the Cedarbank School Building, Deans Community High School, both Livingston and Armadale Academy.

West Lothian Council is calling on locals to express their views on the plans.

The consultation runs until Wednesday 30 October, with public meetings taking place at Cedarbank School on Wednesday 18 September from 6.30pm-8pm and The James Young High School on Thursday 26 September from 6.30pm-8pm.
