Final Works To Be Delivered On Orkney Road Resurfacing Programme

The final piece of road resurfacing work is set to be delivered on Orkney Islands Council's spring/summer programme this week.

Beginning today, 08 July, work will be carried out in the Sandwick area. This will take place on the B9056 Skaill Road between the bottom of the Voy Road through to the junction with B9057 Kierfold Road.

These works will take place over 08-09 July and are expected to begin between 8.30-9am each morning.

Delays may be encountered throughout the day.

A signed diversion will be in place.
