Clark Contracts Lands Refurb Job At Livingston Designer Outlet

Clark Contracts has landed a contract to deliver £7 million refurbishments at Livingston's major shopping complex.

Livingston Designer Outlet will be transformed into a new guest experience, along with significant rebranding.

The contractor will carry out works during the night to minimise disruption to the shopping centre.

The project is being managed by retail asset management specialists Realm Ltd.

Steve Blades, Capital Projects Manager, Realm, said: "We are pleased to appoint Clark Contracts and look forward to working closely with them to deliver this exciting project which will firmly secure Livingston's reputation as Scotland's leading designer outlet for years to come."

Livingston Designer Outlet features over 80 boutiques, restaurants and cafes as well as an eight-screen digital Vue Cinema.
