Hillcrest Proposes 16 New Flats In Dundee

Hillcrest Housing has unveiled its plans to build 16 new affordable flats for rent in Dundee.

The project proposes eight two-bed flats and eight two-bed supported accommodation flats on South Side, Langland's Street in Stobswell.

The identified site was formerly used as a workshop and yard.

It is being developed in partnership with McGills and KDM Architects.

The development is part of Hillcrest's pledge to build 1750 new homes across Scotland by 2021.

If approved, construction will start on the project in late 2018 or early 2019.
