30 New Homes To Be Built In Dundee

A total of 30 new homes are to be built at the south side Coldside Road in Dundee.

Caledonia Housing Association has secured planning permission for the project, which is located just west of Strathmartine Road

The new homes will include 16 houses and 12 flats along with four wheelchair-accessible homes.

Project details will be finalised in the coming months.

Work is expected to start on site by the end of the year and completion is scheduled for early 2020.
