CCG Asset Management has been appointed to continue delivering East Lothian Council's planned housing maintenance programme.
Works such as kitchen and bathroom replacements, rewiring, window and door replacements and interior decoration will be undertaken as part of the council's buy-back programme. Similar works were completed in phase 2 to 19 properties in 2017.
An East Lothian Council spokesperson said: "We are pleased to be working with CCG Asset Management to upgrade second hand properties which have been purchased on the open market to provide much needed homes."
CCG Asset Management Manager, Stephen Riley, added: "CCG Asset Management was directly procured by the council through the Scottish Procurement Alliance KB3 Framework and we are delighted to have been awarded this third phase as a result of our previous successes.
"We are confident that we will provide a quality finish and continue our strong working partnership with East Lothian Council."
