Work has been carried out on a window renewal programme across hundreds of properties in Edinburgh.
CCG Asset Management delivered the scheme on behalf of Port of Leith Housing Association (HA), with work now complete on a further two phases with the renewal of Pre 1919 and Post 1980 window stock.
The Pre 1919 renewal involved the installation of traditional sash and case windows across 156 properties in the Leith area of Edinburgh. The Post 1980 renewal was carried out to 129 properties in Ferry road and Lochend South.
CCG Asset Management Manager, Stephen Riley, said: "CCG has a long-standing relationship with Port of Leith Housing Association which has been running now for 3 years. We have a final year of the pre-1919 houses to install in the 2018/19 financial year. The properties are currently being surveyed in preparation of an anticipated April installation programme."
Marie Williams, Senior Asset and Procurement Project Manager at Port of Leith HA, added: "CCG provided Port of Leith Housing Association with high-quality products and a high quality of service. The window replacement programme was successful in terms of quality, and time and budget management. We are looking forward to another year of installs through CCG's Asset Management Division."
