A number of Scottish local authorities have teamed up to create a new £1.5 billon housebuilding framework.
The four-year programme is being procured by LHC on behalf of the Scottish Procurement Alliance.
Features of the framework include developing new build housing projects such as housing, bungalows, flats, apartments, sheltered accommodation, care homes, student accommodation and associated works including land purchases.
LHC anticipates a wide range of projects being delivered under the framework, from single smaller sites to complex multi site projects. The programme will be offered in three sizes; projects of up to 15 units; projects of between 16 and 49 units; and projects of 50 units or more
Local government areas covered include; Angus, Clackmannanshire, Dundee City, East Lothian, City of Edinburgh, Falkirk, Fife, Midlothian, Perth and Kinross, Stirling, West Lothian.
