Residents are being invited to view plans for a new residential development in Elgin, Moray.
The proposals involving building 370 new homes for Bilbohall, including plans to develop landscaping and open space. In addition, more than half of the proposed homes will be made 'affordable'.
A drop-in exhibition on the development will be held at the Alexander Graham Bell Centre at Moray College from 2pm – 8pm on Wednesday, 01 November.
The feedback gathered will help form a draft masterplan for the expansion of Bilbohall. The 'masterplan' is being prepared by Optimised Enviroments Ltd (OPEN) and Frank Knight LLP, on behalf of Moray Council, Scotia Homes and Grampian Housing Association, who form the Bilbohall Consortium.
Once drafted, the proposals will be presented to the council's Planning & Regulatory Services Committee in early 2018.
