CCG has completed work on a boiler replacement scheme in North Lanarkshire.
The company's Asset Management (AM) division installed new boilers to 24 properties under the management of Cairn Housing Association in Motherwell. The works were completed over a two-week period.
CCG Asset Management Manager, Stephen Riley, said: "The AM Team recently completed a window renewal programme in Inverness for Cairn Housing Association and we were delighted to continue to work together to assist their residents in North Lanarkshire. The boilers that have been installed are far more efficient than the previous models which will ensure long-term savings on the resident's energy bills."
Cairn's Director of Customer Services, John Davidson, added: "Cairn has been investing millions of pounds across Scotland to improve our customers' homes. We're delighted to have completed another project with the CCG Asset Management Team to provide our tenants with warmer, more energy efficient homes."
