The Rosemount Gardens and Court Complex was delivered by Graham Construction in Bathgate.
The new block of 30 flats was built over three phases and will allow older people to enjoy a comfortable living environment, while receiving support in sheltered housing facilities.
Other features include a dining area, laundry area, internal courtyard, hairdressers and multi-purpose rooms.

Refurbishment work is continuing on the existing adjacent Rosemount Court sheltered housing development, which will see 16 one-bedroom flats created from an existing bed sit accommodation.
