CCG has completed work on a new social housing development in Falkirk.
The site comprises of 16 one and two bedroom cottage flats and four three-bedroom semi-detached homes in Tamfourhill, Carrick Place.
The 40-week scheme utilised CCG's own Closed Panel Timber Frame System for the construction, manufactured in its Off-Site Manufacturing Facility.
Other features include the installation of solar photovoltaic panels and other energy saving products.
The project was carried out for Weslo Housing Management, a registered social landlord with over 2,400 homes for social rent in West Lothian and Bo'ness.
Calum Murray, Director, CCG said: "It was a privilege to work with Welso Housing Management on their local investment programme and to build much needed homes for social rent in the area. "The use of our offsite manufacturing approach is of significant benefit for residential builds due to the enhanced housing quality standards and energy efficiency ratings achieved."
