CCG Continues Work On PRS Scheme In Edinburgh

Work is progressing well on a construction project in Edinburgh, CCG has announced.

The Lochrin Basin development is six-storey PRS scheme located along the banks of the Grand Canal in the city centre.

A total of 113 apartments are being developed as well as public spaces, two rooftop gardens and underground parking facilities.

CCG began the 78-week project in October 2015.

The company undertook extensive ground works including excavating the basement.

This allowed for the installation of different forms of piling to create the substructure for the building as well as associated infrastructure works.

The project is expected to be completed in spring 2017.
