Road Resurfacing Works Due To Begin In East Ayrshire

Road resurfacing works are due to be carried out next week in East Ayrshire.

The works are part of a £500,000 budget commitment by Council Leader Douglas Reid to improve road conditions on local housing estates.

The three week programme will be carried out in Drongan from Monday, 18 January.

Starting on Watson Terrace, the scheme will extend to Hannahston Avenue, Taiglum Place, Lane Crescent, Coronation Road and Barbieston Avenue.

The works will be carried out by the Ayrshire Roads Alliance.
