SSE Agrees Exit Terms On GWFL Project

SSE has agreed exit terms on the Galloper Wind Farm Limited (GWFL) project.

The announcement was made following confirmation by RWE Innogy that new project partners had been announced, along with financial close having been reached on the scheme.

In April 2014, SSE announced it would not be taking its interest in the GWFL project further than the development stage.

However, SSE and RWE Innogy will continue to be 50:50 partners of the 504MW Greater Gabbard offshore wind farm.
