CCG has announced work is underway to develop new student accommodation in Glasgow and Edinburgh.
Over 400 apartments will be built in Willowbank, Glasgow and Orwell Terrace, Edinburgh.
At Willowbank, 178 properties will be developed via four buildings along with the renovation and retention of the existing primary school.
A low carbon footprint has been achieved via a range of measures, including a combined heat and power plant, along with good public transport links and 90 bicycle parking spaces.
The second development at Orwell Terrace in Dalry is located on the site of a former warehouse.
It will provide accommodation for Edinburgh Napier University, creating 234 student rooms over three blocks.
Plans include landscaped communal space and access to public transport along with the provision of cycle storage.
The scheme will achieve a BREEAM 'Very Good' rating assisted by a Combined Heat and Power plant. A link to Dalry Park will also be established.
Both projects are due to be completed in time for the 2016-2017 academic year.
