Knight Property Announces Park Plans

Knight Property Group has announced plans for its business park development in Aberdeenshire.

The Kingshill Commercial Park is a 12 acre development valued at over £40 million in Westhill.

Ground works and infrastructure has already commenced on the site. Plans include to build ten industrial properties totalling 233,095 sq ft.

James Barrack, Managing Director at Knight Property said: "2014 was an immensely busy year for the company and we were delighted to be granted planning permission by Aberdeenshire Council for properties which will be greatly in demand due to the lack of industrial property to serve the local market in Westhill."
