The Highland Council has announced 22 May as the deadline for members of the public to share their views on the councils latest consultation paper.
The Onshore Wind Energy Supplementary Guidance Consultation Paper will help determine planning applications for wind developments in the Highland region.
The consultation was launched on 16 March.
Principal Planner David Cower said: "We have already received a strong response, providing a broad range of opinions on many of the key issues.
"The Consultation Paper sets out 11 main issues, including cumulative impacts and mapping strategic capacity.
"By sharing their views, people will help us to shape the draft Supplementary Guidance and address all of the issues raised in the Consultation Paper."
