Dunne Group has announced it has been awarded three building contracts worth £17 million in Central Scotland.
The contracts are:
• To develop a £4.5 million seven story block of student accommodation on the site of Glasgow's Pewter Pot Public house.
• To design and build a £10.5 million car park facility at the New South Glasgow Hospital.
• To build a £2 million Maggie's Cancer Caring Centre in the grounds of Forth Valley Royal Hospital.
Dunne Managing Director for Scotland and Ireland, Patrick Reel, said: "We already have a strong reputation in Scotland and Ireland as a premier player delivering high quality construction projects and we very much look forward to getting works underway on these three new prestigious buildings and further enhancing our status as a main contractor within the region."
