Plans to construct a wind farm in the Scottish Borders have been revealed.
It would be the third such development in the area.
According to reports, Livos Energy has submitted plans to the local authority to erect eight turbines on an area of land at Howpark Farm, close to the village of Grantshouse. It is understood the renewable energy developer has submitted a scoping request to the council for a site between the A1 and A1107. The site adjacent to this already houses the Drone Hill wind farm, while a section of land to the north also has permission for a new wind farm to be constructed.
