Plans to transform the site of a former jute mill in Dundee into a housing development has been given the go ahead.
According to reports, 100 homes will be constructed on the site.
those behind the plans, Craigie Estates, will develop 100 flats on the site of the former Wallace Craigie Works on Broughty Ferry Road.
It is understood funding for the project is still being discussed, but a building warrant application is ready to be submitted.
The plans will include the redevelopment of Halley's Mill, as well as the demolition of the eastern extension and the creation of two blocks of flats. The properties will comprise of 42 two-bedroom, 55 three-bedroom and three four-bedroom flats.
