Barr Construction has announced it is to host a Carbon Footprint seminar for businesses in Glasgow tomorrow (Friday 16 January).
The free event aims to ensure that where there are opportunities for organisations to save money, they are not forgotten in the imperative to save the planet.
The seminar will focus on measuring and reporting techniques as well as identifying operational and corporate boundaries set up by current UK legislation. Those in attendance will also receive advice on how to introduce carbon footprint reducing methods to be implemented within their businesses.
Barr Construction, based in Paisley, are currently undertaking work on the first phase of a £60m redevelopment of Glasgow's historic Kelvin Hall. The seminar will take place at the hall on Friday 16 January, from 10am.
