Keepmoat, the housing and regeneration specialist, has announced three new appointments in Scotland.
Peter Rough has been appointed as financial controller, Stephen Nugent as business development manager and Carol McKay as sustainability manager.
In the 2013/14 financial year, the company generated sales of £35m and Mr Nugent has been appointed as the business grows to provide new build social housing and care home properties. He was the former head of estate and property services at North Glasgow Housing Association.
Ms McKay has held previous roles as the head of sales and marketing at Energywise, as well as key account manager at Carillion Energy Services. She will be responsible for growing Keepmoat's domestic retrofit business, which is currently delivering energy efficiency works including EWI, Loft & Cavity Insulation, Solar PV and Air Source Heat Pumps to more than 3,000 properties throughout Scotland.
Mr Rough was previously with Robertson Capital Projects Limited where he was hub finance manager.
