Caledonia Housing Association has announced the launch of its new Estates Service.
The service will be responsible for managing the communal area at selected schemes and residential estates, and will include tasks such as site supervision, low-level repairs and cleaning.
The services team consists of 13 Estates Operatives who will be managed by new estates supervisor, Robin Wood. According to Scottish Housing News, the remit covers more than 70 developments throughout the Perth & Kinross, Dundee, Angus and Fife areas.
An aim of the Housing Association, the service will ensure residents live in clean, attractive and safe environments, with high standards being maintained throughout the Associations housing stock.
