Water Works Begin In Mannofield

Aberdeen City Council has said Scottish Water is to carry out water main works in the Mannofield area this week.

The works, which start today (9 September), are due to last into early October.

From Monday until Thursday (12 September), there will be a ban on right-turn manoeuvres from traffic on Great Western Road into Cranford Road. Hutchinson Terrace will also be closed for 15 metres south-west of the Cranford Road junction until Monday 22 September.

Elsewhere, Duthie Terrace will be closed between the access road at The Spires and Great Western Road from 11 September until 20 September and the one-way system will be suspended to allow egress for residents.

From 18 September until 9 October, Duthie Place will be closed between Duthie Terrace and Cranford Road.

A number of parking restrictions will be in place in the area from today.
