A pre-school in Perth returns today to a building that was badly damaged in a 2010 storm.
During the aftermath and extensive refurbishment of Crieff Road Pre-School Centre, the staff and children were housed at Balhousie Primary School.
After two years, Perth and Kinross Council said they are "all very excited" about returning to their original McCallum Court building.
Work began in February 2012 to restore the centre to its original state.
Floors, ceilings, furniture and other fixtures and fittings were replaced, and works were completed on July 20.
A council spokesperson said: "It provides beautiful, well-resourced rooms and a large garden where children will play and learn together. Staff have worked hard to ensure the centre was ready to receive children for the beginning of the new session."
Staff and children are now working together to decide whether to choose a new name for their centre.
Lifelong Learning Convener, Councillor Bob Band said: "This is a great day for Crieff Road Pre-School Centre which has undergone major repairs after the storm damage two years ago. I am sure all the staff and children are now really looking forward to using their redeveloped facilities."
