CBC have recently completed their £5m D&B project to deliver the new sustainable Headquarters for Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Parks Authority.

The stunning office development, located just 100 yards from the main entrance of Balloch Country Park, provides approximately 2,000 square metres of office space and features a spectacular central glazed "street" which provides access to all the workspaces, meeting areas and communal facilities.

The groundbreaking building was designed as highly sustainable and boasts a number of innovative environmental features. The timber frame, which was specially constructed from Scottish sourced Douglas Fir, is the largest in the UK and approximately 2,500 local sheep donated their winter coats to provide the sheep’s wool insulation.
