Part-Exchange Available On All CALA Homes In The East

For one weekend only, CALA Homes is offering Part Exchange on all available homes in the east of Scotland.

On 12 and 13 November, the award-winning homebuilder will extend the popular incentive across all properties at its developments in the east.

CALA's 100% Part Exchange offer has generated record levels of interest over the past six months. The popular incentive offers buyers the full market value for their current property while guaranteeing an immediate sale. In addition, sellers benefit from a chain-free, cash offer to make moving to a new home a reality in the minimum amount of time.

Sarah Stanger, Sales and Marketing Director at CALA Homes (East) said: "CALA's PX Weekend is a fantastic opportunity to take advantage of one of our most popular and successful incentives.

"This incentive offers many advantages, including stress-free selling, no need to pay for a home report or marketing costs and guaranteed sale of your current home. Done in the right way, part exchange can save money, time and stress and keep people moving up the property ladder."

Part Exchange will be on offer at CALA's east of Scotland developments on 12 and 13 November, with additional incentives available on selected plots.
