Work Start On Portlethan Premier Inn Extension

Works have started on the bedroom extension to the Premier Inn at Portlethan, Aberdeenshire.

The 30 bed extension, designed by Lawrence McPherson Associates, is the second extension by the practice to the Premier Inn since the original hotel was built. The new bedroom annexe will bring the total number of bedrooms to 92.

The 2 storey stand alone block is being built by Ogilvie Construction and works are expected to complete in September of this year.

This project is the one of a number of projects in Scotland for Whitbread, designed by Lawrence McPherson Associates, currently on site or in the design stages.
