Six Figure Investment In West End Hotel

A landmark Aberdeen hotel, bar and restaurant has undergone a six figure investment programme since the beginning of this year.

Since the start of 2010, the financial injection has seen the refurbishment of the lounge bar, toilets and conference facilities and plans are afoot to upgrade other areas of the top West End venue in a rolling programme of investment.

Simpson’s is owned by local businessmen Jonathan Harper, Timothy Philpot and Michael Cochrane and is run in conjunction with sister company Kepplestone Manor which offers nearby luxury serviced apartments.

Commenting on the investment, Jonathan Harper said: “This ongoing refurbishment and upgrading work further underlines our commitment to the future of Simpson’s as one of the city’s top hotel, bar and restaurant venues.”
