Scotland’s largest independent building services company, James Frew, has signed a three year partnership agreement with Trafalgar Housing Association in Clydebank to provide gas servicing and maintenance services for its tenants.

The partnership, which includes the option to extend the contract for a further five years, will ensure a pro-active commitment to the general maintenance of central heating and boilers for the Housing Association’s 300 properties in both the Trafalgar and Terraces areas.

James Frew has extensive experience of working with Housing Associations and this new agreement represents the company’s ninth association partnership. In addition, the company is responsible for the gas maintenance of over 8,000 private homes, placing it as one of Scotland’s foremost suppliers.

James Frew is a family owned business, with its headquarters in Stevenston, Ayrshire. The company employs over 200 people and provides an extensive range of plumbing and heating services from domestic to large mechanical installations for both the private and public sectors.
