Murray Bain, surveyor at Shepherd, said: "I'm delighted to announce the recent letting at Custom House. The building is located in an area which has improved significantly over the past six months with the refurbishment of the Aberdeen bus and railway stations and the recent opening of the new Union Square development.

"The bus and railway stations are located immediately opposite the building and ensure that it provides excellent accessibility for clients and the general public. Other occupiers within the building currently include Hays and Hammerson."

Custom House provides open plan refurbished offices on a highly competitive basis. Three floors at Custom House remain available for occupation and a full refurbishment has recently been undertaken to the fourth floor and common parts.
