Keane Brands CEO and Founder Aidan Keane was a guest speaker at the show when the exhibition of Rebecca's work caught his eye.
Aidan said: "I was impressed with Rebecca's designs. We started chatting and that led to her joining us on her placement year.
"It shows there are genuine opportunities for the Design Challenge winners.
"Rebecca is working on a diverse range of projects from a rustic bakery and tearoom to helping our senior designers with a four restaurant project in Malaysia."
