Fort William Wider Waterfront Study

A public meeting has been arranged at the end of this month to discuss the masterplans, which will guide the design of Fort William's waterfront from the West End car park to the mouth of the River Lochy.

It will be held in The Highland Council Chamber, Lochaber House, Fort William, starting at 6.30pm on Wednesday 30 September. The meeting will be preceded by a public "drop-in" session between 3 and 6pm at the same venue on the same date.

The Council, Crown Estate and Highlands and Islands Enterprise have commissioned consultants, WA Fairhurst to produce two draft indicative masterplans, together with a written justification and cost estimates.
