After a challenging tender process, OpenHouse has won the contract to supply the online solution for the Law Society of Scotland in the delivery of home reports to solicitors across Scotland.
Solicitors directly involved in the property market are set to benefit from a unique online approach to the delivery of the new Home Report requirement.
Home Reports, the Scottish equivalent to HIPs south of the border, will become a mandatory legal requirement after December 1st and will be the biggest shake-up of the home survey system ever seen in Scotland.

OpenHouse has been formed by the collaboration between SPM (Surveyors Panel Management) and conveyancing specialists Millar & Bryce, who supply the cutting edge online technology. SPM is a joint venture owned by renowned surveyors DM Hall and Graham + Sibbald.
