Scotland's spring awards season has wrapped up with several developments supported by Arc-Tech (Scotland) collecting major accolades. Two schemes backed by the firm's M&E services were among just ten winners at the Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland (RIAS) Awards in early June. RIAS is the professional body for chartered architects in Scotland and a leading institute for architecture and the built environment.
The victors included Paisley Central Library, a multi-award-winning transformation of former retail units in Paisley town centre for Renfrewshire Council, delivered with a multi-million-pound turnkey M&E package, and St Andrew's Drive Phase 2 & 3, a 120-home development for Southside Housing Association, supported by Arc-Tech's in-house Renewables division.
At the Scottish Home Awards, St Andrew's Drive secured a second accolade, while the 26-home Bellsmyre Regeneration for Caledonia Housing Association was named Housing Regeneration Development of the Year. Both that project and the award-winning Dundashill Regeneration—recognised at the 2026 RTPI Excellence and with a SILVER Scottish Design Award—were supported by Arc-Tech's in-house Sprinklers division.
A third residential scheme, Pine Place, comprising 28 homes for New Gorbals Housing Association, also earned a GOLD Scottish Design Award for its distinctive approach in the Residential Multi Unit category.
All of the recognised projects were led by CCG (Scotland), with Arc-Tech's in-house teams supporting the contractor at every stage of delivery, providing design and installation expertise to improve time and cost efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.
