Garry, who lives in Glenrothes, has taken over from the retiring Matt Bamford.

"The first impressions of the company have been very good," he said.

"It is really well run, well organised and there has been a great handover.

"I'm looking forward to adding value to the business.

"Everyone has been so friendly and welcoming and that has helped me settle in."

Welcoming Garry to the firm, Managing Director Mark Heaney said: "Garry has excellent credentials, interviewed well and was the stand out candidate through what was a thorough selection process.

"He will be a welcome addition to the team and as well as health and safety, he will be involved in quality assurance as well."
