Grampian Housing Association and Scotia Homes have completed three new affordable housing developments in Aberdeenshire.
A total of 11 new homes were built in Dubford, 10 were completed in Peterhead, and a further 10 were finished in Foveran.
The Dubford development, consisting of 3 three bed houses and 8 one, two and three bed apartments, was officially opened by the minister for local government and housing, Kevin Stewart MSP.
Kevin Stewart MSP said: "Housing is a priority for this government which is why we have set an ambitious target to deliver 50,000 affordable homes during the lifetime of this Parliament with at least 35,000 of these being for social rent.
"The completion of this development is a great example of how the Scottish Government is helping to provide high-quality, efficient and affordable homes for people across the country."
Cllr Sandra Macdonald, Aberdeen City Council's housing spokesperson, added: "Aberdeen City Council prioritised this project as part of our Strategic Housing Investment Programme and it is another welcome and positive step as part of a city-wide focus on increasing the supply of social housing. We will continue to work closely with Grampian Housing Association and other organisations with shared goals, in tandem with our own ambitious Council house building programme."
Grampian Housing Association aims to deliver over 400 affordable homes in Aberdeen and beyond by 2021.
