Plans have been revealed to redevelop a brick cemetery building in Inverclyde.
The two-storey Ivy House building is currently used for storage, however the council plans to convert it into a facility for cemetery staff.
Plans include demolishing the rear portion of the existing structure and repairing the stonework, as well as installing new windows and a slate roof to provide office accommodation on the ground floor and storage on the first floor.
In addition, a new single-storey extension with shower and toilet facilities will be developed as well as an area for staff to eat meals with the building linked to the office.
The proposals are currently under consideration by the planning department.
