Nearly 70 new homes have been delivered by Kingdom Housing Association (HA) across Clackmannanshire.
The company has built 69 houses in the region over the last 18 months, with a further 31 'affordable' homes being delivered when work finishes at Delph Road, Tullibody in summer 2018.
The energy efficient homes include ventilation, gas and waste water heat recovery systems to help tenants reduce their fuel bills and improve their indoor air quality. Elsewhere, the HA recently completed 16 homes at Primrose Place in Alloa.
The Scottish Government provided Kingdom with around £3.5 million funding to support development of Primrose Place and Delph Road, Tullibody Phase 2.
Bill Banks, Kingdom's group chief executive, said: "The new homes at Primrose Place and Delph Road will help meet the local needs for both social and mid-market rent and represent a total investment of over £7m in the area.
"Kingdom has only been developing in Clackmannanshire for a relatively short period and we are very pleased to be working collaboratively with Clackmannanshire Council, to help meet the need and demand for affordable housing in the area."
Speaking on a visit to the Primrose Place site, Council Leader Les Sharp said: "The council is working with our partners to deliver new affordable housing throughout Clackmannanshire, and we're delighted that these new homes in Alloa town centre now have happy tenants. Kingdom is one of our social landlord partners, and working with them we are investing council funds and funding from the Scottish Government to ensure that new high quality houses are being built every year.
"Recent funding announcements mean that tor the next three years we will have an average of £5.65 million a year to invest, an increase of more than 50% on last year. This will see new homes built for residents across the county as part of our Strategic Housing Investment Plan, including Tullibody, Alloa and Clackmannan."
