The Forth Road Bridge is set to fully reopen this weekend, the Scottish Government has announced.
The structure will reopen to all traffic from 11pm tomorrow, 20 February.
Repairs to the damaged main span truss end links are in the final stages.
These works will be completed to allow the structure to be reopened to Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGVs) this weekend.
The bridge has only been available to 90% of road users since December, with HGVs operating on a phased reintroduction scheme for the past two weeks.
The strengthening programme has been finished ahead of schedule due to favourable weather conditions.
In addition, engineers have redesigned the construction phase to allow the majority of steelwork fabrication to be done in workshop conditions.
Transport Minister Derek Mackay said: "It is great see the Forth Road Bridge fully reopening this weekend. The immediate repair work is in the final stage and no further structural defects have been identified during painstaking investigations by engineers.
"I know that this is something that will be welcomed by the tens of thousands of drivers who use the bridge on a daily basis, especially the heavy goods vehicle drivers who have had to observe restricted crossing times in the past few weeks."
