Fife Council's City of Dunfermline Area Committee has approved a green space action plan for 2013 at their latest meeting.
The action plan sets out and prioritises work to improve the quality of parks and public green spaces, play areas, allotments, woods, outdoor sports and floral features in the area.
Committee Chair Mike Rumney is delighted at the progress that's been made so far to improve the quality of green space in the area: "A huge amount of work has been done to make the most of the beautiful green spaces Dunfermline boasts.
