Mansell has been awarded a £11.5 million contract to design and build a host of commercial buildings across two sites in Scotland for Huntaven Properties.

A three-storey office extension, workshop and new car park will be constructed at the Badentoy site. At Fordoun a new machine-shop and separate swager building will be built, alongside an extension to the pipe-yard storage and distribution facility, car parking and external works.

Construction at the Fordoun site will require an existing concrete runway, used during the Second World War, to be excavated and crushed to use in construction of the pipe-yard storage.

To ensure customer operations continue unhindered works will be carried out in a phased sequence.

This contract award follows on from the successful completion of a previous project for Huntaven Properties.
