Multiple CCG Group projects have been confirmed as finalists at the 2026 Herald Property Awards for Scotland.
The awards, set for 24 September, are regarded as among the most prestigious in Scotland's property sector, recognising quality, sustainability and innovation across both private and affordable housing, spanning new-build and retrofit.
CCG enjoyed a strong showing in 2025 when four projects collected five awards, including two wins for Water Row for Govan Housing Group, alongside successes for the 'net zero ready' Clydebank East and Brandon Street schemes for West Dunbartonshire Council and North Lanarkshire Council respectively.
This year, the business has secured six nominations across multiple categories from five projects.
In the Affordable Housing Development of the Year category, the shortlist features:
• Bellsmyre Regeneration – a 27-home programme delivered with Caledonia Housing Association, driven by tenants to revitalise one of West Dunbartonshire's most challenged post-war estates. A Scottish Home Awards winner earlier this year, it is also in contention for the Residential Regeneration award.
• Shawbridge Arcade – a 75-home development for Lowther, part of Wheatley Group, transforming a former commercial estate in Pollokshaws, one of Glasgow's eight Transformational Regeneration Areas in the south side of the city. It too is shortlisted for Residential Regeneration.
• Mount Pleasant – a 19-home development for West Dunbartonshire Council, tailored to the needs of older residents to extend tenancies and support long-term independent living.
• Lennox House – a land-led, 46-home project in north Cumbernauld delivered end-to-end by CCG, from acquisition and concept through to design and construction, for Sanctuary Scotland.
Meanwhile, CCG Homes, the group's private housing arm, is shortlisted for Small Family Home of the Year and Show Home of the Year for its 'Monteith' house type at Dalmarnock Quarter, a 54-home development in Glasgow's East End.
