Award-winning Scottish homebuilder, Cruden Homes, has announced the appointment of four new sales advisors to its in-house sales team, aiming to enhance and expand sales talent across all regions.
This initiative is part of Cruden's ongoing strategy to elevate the home-buying experience through an exceptional and standardised service across its sales offices in Scotland.
The new hires are set to strengthen Cruden's commitment to providing high-quality service, led by knowledgeable and experienced salespeople. These strategic appointments are expected to play a key role in ensuring a consistently high level of service for potential home buyers.
Isobel Warnock joins Cruden with over 35 years of experience in the Scottish property and housebuilding sector. Isobel has held prominent positions at Stewart Milne Homes, MacTaggart & Mickel, Dawn Homes, Taylor Wimpey, and Westpoint Homes. She will be stationed at Cruden's Hawkhead Mews development in Paisley.
Isobel said: "So much has changed in the housing industry over the last three decades. When I bought my first home, I actually had to pay extra for central heating. Luckily, the specs of all homes have greatly improved since then. Cruden has a spectacular offering for home buyers, and I am excited to get settled into the Hawkhead Mews development, helping buyers find their next home."
Joining Isobel is Natalie Simpson, former Director of Residential Development Sales at Savills.
Natalie said: "Working with Cruden Homes is a joy, and the team has a passion for the industry that aligns with mine. It's refreshing to see an established homebuilder emphasise investing in a proficient in-house sales team and it reflects Cruden's constant strive to give its customers the best home-buying experience possible. It's always a pleasure to match buyers with their new home and I cannot wait to be part of this exciting journey at Longniddry Village."
Ashley Ridley and Alison Leishman have also been appointed as sales advisors. Ashley, with 15 years of experience at Stewart Milne Homes, will manage Cruden's West Craigs Green development in Edinburgh. Alison, previously a Sales Consultant at Cala Homes and Star Recruitment, brings her extensive experience to Cruden's luxurious age-exclusive development, The Avenue.
Fraser Lynes, Managing Director of Cruden Homes, said: "We strongly believe that every Cruden home buyer should receive an industry-leading experience when visiting our sales suites. By building upon the existing expertise in our in-house sales team with these highly experienced individuals, we can ensure that we provide a service that is high quality and uniquely Cruden.
"We are thrilled to welcome all of our new recruits to the Cruden team and wish them the best of luck in their new roles. It's an exciting time for our sales division, as we seek to open more outlets as the year progresses."
